Ranger is an industry standard software tool designed to allow item processing applications to run unchanged on a wide variety of check scanner types manufactured by BancTec, Canon, Digital Check, Epson, MagTek, Maverick, NCR, Panini, Seac Banche and Unisys. NewSolutions is a Windows-based core processing system first installed in 2001 and is currently running in credit unions across the country. A live demonstration using the new Canon CR-55 scanner integrated with the NewSolutions teller programs was accomplished in two days after receiving the Silver Bullet Ranger API solution. “
