PENSACOLA, Fl., January 14th, 2005 – Silver Bullet Technology, Inc. announced today that it has hired four new employees.
Ray Higgins of Ontario, Canada, has accepted the position of Director of Business Development. In this position, Mr. Higgins is responsible for supporting marketing and sales initiatives as well as strategic planning for Silver Bullet’s technology and services portfolio. Prior to joining Silver Bullet, Higgins worked with NCR Corporation for 23 years, where he had several roles from check scanner imaging technology development to being the chief architect and business consultant to the implementation of several international image exchange check clearing systems. In his most recent role as a payment systems business consultant, Higgins provided consultation to central banks in Asia, Middle East and Africa for the implementation of their check truncation payment systems. He is recognized as being one of the world’s top consultants for image exchange check truncation clearing systems, having participated on the FSTC PACES project, Image Archive Forum, ASI standards committees, and for his extensive experience in technology development and payment systems project implementations.
Robert Stone of Pensacola Beach, FL, has joined Silver Bullet as Sales Executive. He is responsible for creating and implementing detailed account strategies for acquiring new customers, as well as managing relationships with existing customers and OEMs. In his prior positions with Televox and Metrocall, he was instrumental in implementing and directing sales initiatives that resulted in doubled sales and increased distributor productivity.
Matt Dunne of Gulf Breeze, FL, has accepted the position of Developer. In addition to being an active member of the development staff working on new products, Mr. Dunne is responsible for providing technical assistance to programmers using Silver Bullet’s software development tools. Most recently, he was Staff Engineer for QMS/Minolta in Mobile, AL, where he developed and maintained communications and embedded systems software for several different projects and engineering groups.
Tracy Davis of Pensacola, FL, has joined Silver Bullet as Executive Assistant. In this position, she is responsible for administrative support for the executive-level staff, as well as frontline customer relations, contract management, and sales support. In her prior position with Medical Service Company in Jacksonville, Ms. Davis directed rate negotiation and contract management for the provider network.
