New technology eliminates installation of Ranger components on workstations
WATERLOO, ON, March 13th, 2018 – Deluxe Treasury Management Solutions recently announced the certification of its RDM EC9600i® scanner, the industry’s first check scanner embedded with Silver Bullet Technology’s Ranger Remote universal scanner interface, which eliminates the need to install Ranger components on a workstation.
The new RDM EC9600i® Ranger Network Scanner series simplifies the setup and check scanning process without installing Ranger components or USB drivers on a local computer. Now users will be able to securely access the scanners using their Windows, Mac or Linux devices over a network or thin client environment such as Citrix; or as a stand-alone USB connected scanner.
