PENSACOLA, FL, May 10, 2013 – Castillo Software Solutions, SRL has selected Silver Bullet’s Ranger® API as its portability strategy for the check truncation software products that it provides to banks and financial institutions in the Dominican Republic.

Castillo Software’s Check Inspector application is used to truncate checks for legal compliance and processing. It also includes security checks for senders and beneficiaries in Money Laundry and Terrorism lists (like the OFAC list). Castillo Software will use Ranger with Check Inspector as well as another money exchange application.
