Sharing Technologies Chooses Silver Bullet’s Ranger®As Its Check Scanning Portability Strategy

PENSACOLA, FL., November 3^rd, 2016 –Sharing Technologies has selected Silver Bullet’s Ranger^® API as its portability strategy for the check truncation software products that it provides to banks and financial institutions in the Middle East.

Tunisian banks struggle to handle unpaid checks in payment processing. Sharing Technologies has identified their need for powerful and secure tools to perform automatic classification and identification of these unpaid checks. Using the Canon Cr-190i with its three different pockets using the Ranger^® API it is possible to sort these problem checks to a different pocket. This will increase our banking client’s efficiency and productivity.

Ranger^® is a software tool designed to allow item processing applications to run unchanged on a wide variety of check scanner types, including those manufactured by Burroughs, Canon, CTS, Cummins-Allison, Digital Check, Epson, MagTek, NCR, Panini, RDM, Seac Banche and Unisys.
